“Now dinner’s made, the house is clean, the laundry’s handled — and I feel so much more at ease in my own home.”

I found Sage Haus on Instagram and just watched from afar for a long time. I have two kids and a highly stressful, long-hours yet highly satisfying career and was feeling constantly pulled between motherhood and business-life. The constant laundry, chores, tidying, food prep etc were sucking the life out of me and occupying every "free" moment One day amidst a doom-scrolling session I decided to take the plunge and sign up for one of the Sage Haus discovery Zoom calls.

10 minutes into that call I made up my mind. I needed help, and knew it needed to be more than me making a list, and having someone come in to check things off. That would just be one more frigging thing to do.

I needed someone who could actually lift some of the burden and take ownership of some of the tasks weighing down my brain. Sage Haus made the hiring process SO easy. Everyone I talked to was a mom who knew this struggle well.

If anything seemed hard, they emphasized that they would handle it because adding more to my plate was the opposite of the goal. They listened to my needs, picked up on my priorities and my personality style, and created a custom job description to match. They went out and found a few candidates, and the one we hired is AMAZING.

She takes full ownership of so many items in my home. Now when I get home Monday - Thursday, dinner is made, the fridge is stocked with all of our favorite things, the house is clean, laundry is constantly being moved along, and I feel so much more at ease in my space. The Sage Haus framework works so well, and it is my wish that every mom I know could have this level of support.
